Forestry is a natural product and the return on your investment will depend on selecting the best tree species, stability of the location, quality of the forestry maintenance and the harvesting, which produces your profits. In addition to providing valuable hardwood many species are now being grown to meet the huge worldwide demand for Bio-mass and the neweable energy market.

The opportunities we offer are socially responsible and it is important to note that new trees are planted after every harvest. The plots you purchase are located in Europe and involve the commercial growing of Robinia or Paulownia trees. With a growing world population and increasing scarcity of hardwoods this offers excellent prospects for high price increases and profit. In particular, the demand for sustainably grown Robinia and Paulownia timber is high and both species are highly attractive for investment purposes because the timber is used for biomas (clean energy) in power stations and for various manufacturing purposes accros the world.
